How to Make a Buff Chhoila (Newari Food)

Buff chhoila :-
Buff chhoila is a nepal of newari food . This food is a non vegetarian dish. This food is a popular in kathmandu , bhaktapur, lalitpur and other city.
This food is a generally made of buff (buffalo meat) and eaten as afternoon time and evening,night
side dish to chheura and potato vegetable and achar.

Ingredients

  • Buff meat (cut a small piece)
  • onion 3 chopped a fresh onian
  • 1 bowl tomato (chopped a small piece)
  • salt to test
  • 10 gm ginger paste
  •  10 gm garlic paste
  • green chilly 4 piece chopped a small piece
  • 10 gm turmeric powder
  • 10 gm coriander leaves
  • oil
  • lemon juice 






Recepe

  • First of all need a pan water and  small cutting buff meat
  •  Cut a buff meat into small pieces in cubes in boil into for 20 minute take
  • A boiled buff meat out and let it stay for a while to cool
  • After that  meat dry to oven
  • In a big bowl and add salt red chilli and sliced tomatoes chop onion into small pieces and chopped onions into the mixture and add shredded garlic and ginger
  •  Add turmeric powder and stir it nicely and wisely.
  •  Pour the buff into a bowl and add the coriander into it
  • Add some lemon juice and gently stir it.
