Buff chhoila is a nepal of newari food . This food is a non vegetarian dish. This food is a popular in kathmandu , bhaktapur, lalitpur and other city.
This food is a generally made of buff (buffalo meat) and eaten as afternoon time and evening,night
side dish to chheura and potato vegetable and achar.

- Buff meat (cut a small piece)
- onion 3 chopped a fresh onian
- 1 bowl tomato (chopped a small piece)
- salt to test
- 10 gm ginger paste
- 10 gm garlic paste
- green chilly 4 piece chopped a small piece
- 10 gm turmeric powder
- 10 gm coriander leaves
- oil
- lemon juice
Recepe
- First of all need a pan water and small cutting buff meat
- Cut a buff meat into small pieces in cubes in boil into for 20 minute take
- A boiled buff meat out and let it stay for a while to cool
- After that meat dry to oven
- In a big bowl and add salt red chilli and sliced tomatoes chop onion into small pieces and chopped onions into the mixture and add shredded garlic and ginger
- Add turmeric powder and stir it nicely and wisely.
- Pour the buff into a bowl and add the coriander into it
- Add some lemon juice and gently stir it.
